Masterclass

Conditions and requirements:

 

1. Applicant must be at least eight years old (children under the age of eight with exceptional music talent are eligible for special invitations). children under the age of 12 are advised to be accompanied by parent or guardian.

2. Applicant need to provide a referral letter from their music school or music teacher and a CV or Bio. Once the applicant receives an approval from the YMT committee, the applicant will get an official offer for the International Masterclass. The decision by the committee is incontestable.

3. If the applicant cannot provide a referral letter, an uncut video recording is required from the applicant, who is wiling to participate the Antonio Vivaldi International Competition Vienna. 4. Applicant needs to prepare two complete pieces for the individual private lessons, which can be the same repertoire for the competition.

5. Applicant who is currently studying at conservatory or music university, can make an application through the professor/teacher’ referral without the approval from the YMT committee.

International Masterclass Showcase Concert

All participants of International Masterclass have at least one opportunity to perform during the program. The showcase concert is held at University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.

Scholarship 

A partial scholarship is available for outstanding European resident who is currently studying in Conservatorium or has graduated from Conservatorium in EU.
